In order to share a copy of any Artifact from a Huddle you are participating in to your private Workspace, you need to either be an “Owner,” “Coach,” or “Assessor” in a Collaboration, Coaching, or Assessment Huddle. This includes Artifacts that you did not add to the Huddle.

If your Huddle participant role is “Member,” “Coachee,” or “Assessee”, you can only share Artifacts you uploaded to the Huddle back to your private Workspace.

Steps to accomplish the task:

To share a video from a Huddle to your Workspace, click the Share icon located at the lower right part of your Artifact thumbnail.

Or if you are in the Artifact viewer page:

1. For Video: Click the three dot icon at the bottom right of the video player for videos and choose Share.

2. For Document/Resource: Click the three dot icon at the upper right side of the screen and choose Share.

A dialog box will appear where you can choose the destination of your Artifact. Click the Share to Account tab if you are participating in multiple Accounts or the Workspace tab if you are only part of one Account.

If you want to include comments, tags, and attachments in your Artifact when you share it to your private workspace, make sure the ‘Share comments, tags, and attachments’ box is checked.

Lastly, click the green Share button to complete the task.
