Workspace vs Huddles

Workspace is a secure space for private self-reflection. No one else has access to a person’s private workspace. Because of this privacy, this space creates a sense of psychological safety. Self-reflection is seen as one of the most important ways to grow professionally.

Huddles are shared spaces for coaching and collaboration within the Sibme platform. In order to be a participant in one of these types of huddles, you either have to have created the huddle or you have to have been invited to participate in the huddle. Those participating in the huddle have the ability to see the videos, comments, discussions, and resources associated with the huddle located in the “Artifacts” tab.
