With Multi-Artifact AI Insights, you can select multiple Videos, Audio files, and Resources from your Workspace or a Huddle and analyze them together in a single AI Insights session. Rather than reviewing each recording or document in isolation, you can use Sibme Copilot to look for patterns, trends, and growth across a set of Artifacts.

Before You Start
A few things to know before selecting Artifacts:
Folders and URLs cannot be selected. If either is included in your selection, it will be flagged in the modal and automatically unchecked.
Resources must be categorized. If a Resource hasn't been categorized, you will be prompted to assign a category in the modal before you can continue.
Vision Analysis runs automatically. If a Resource hasn't had Vision Analysis run on it yet, it will be processed automatically when you click Continue. Resources still being processed will appear yellow in the Context pane.
There is a context size limit. The total context size of all selected Artifacts is shown in the modal. Context size is based on transcripts (for Video and Audio files) and text content (for Resources) — not file size.
Using AI Insights on Multiple Artifacts
Here are the steps to run AI Insights on multiple Artifacts:
Step 1: Select Your Artifacts
From your Workspace or a Huddle, hover over an Artifact tile and click the checkbox that appears in the upper-left corner. You can mix Video, Audio, and Resource files in a single selection.
Note: A light blue folder icon appears on Artifact tiles to indicate the file is stored inside a folder. Hover over the icon to see the full folder path — this helps you identify the right version when multiple files share the same name.
Once you have selected at least one Artifact, an AI Insights button will appear in the toolbar at the top of the page. Click it to open the AI Insights Artifacts modal.
Step 2: Review the AI Insights Artifacts Modal
The AI Insights Artifacts modal shows all of the Artifacts you selected and lets you resolve any issues before starting your session. A search bar at the top lets you find specific Artifacts, and a running total next to Select All shows your current context size against the limit.
Each row in the modal includes the following columns:
Selected — Check or uncheck individual Artifacts to include or exclude them.
Location — A folder icon indicates the Artifact is inside a folder. Hover to see the full path. A dash ( — ) is shown for Artifacts at the root level.
Artifact — The file name and extension.
Context Size — The size of the Artifact's usable content (transcript or text), in KB. Videos or Audio files without a transcript will show a dash.
Category — For Resources only. If a Resource is uncategorized, a dropdown will appear so you can assign a category. For Video and Audio files, a dash ( — ) is shown.
If any Artifacts can't be used — for example, Folders or URLs — an Issues column will appear flagging what needs to be resolved before you can continue.
If your total context size exceeds the limit, a red bar will appear at the top of the modal showing your current total. Uncheck Artifacts until you are within the limit — the bar disappears automatically once your total is below the threshold.
The Continue button will activate once all Resources have been categorized and there are no unresolved issues.
Step 3: Continue to AI Insights
Once the Continue button turns green, click it to open AI Insights.
The Context pane will show a tile for each Artifact included in your session. An orange message at the top of the pane will briefly confirm that you are working with multiple Artifacts — it fades automatically after a few seconds.
Only Suggested Prompts that are compatible with multi-Artifact sessions will be shown in the Prompts pane.
If any Resources are still having Vision Analysis processed when you arrive, their tiles will appear yellow with a "Processing" label. You can begin asking questions right away, but note that AI Insights will not yet have full context for those files until processing completes.
Viewing Past Multi-Artifact Sessions in History
Multi-Artifact AI Insights sessions appear in History like any other session, but with a multi-file icon on the tile so you can identify them at a glance.
If you return to a past session and some of the original files have since been deleted, a red message at the top of the Context pane will let you know. Responses in that session will be based only on the files that are still available. If all of the original files have been deleted, you can still read the previous conversation but will not be able to ask new questions.
