Sibme Copilot is Sibme's AI package — a suite of tools that help educators reflect on their teaching, generate resources, and analyze instruction over time. When Sibme AI is enabled on your Account, you have access to Copilot, AI Insights Mode, AI Tools, AI Reports, AI Dashboard, and Vision Analysis, each built for a different part of your teaching practice.

Sibme Copilot is a premium feature, available only to Accounts that have purchased the Sibme AI package. When Sibme AI is enabled on an Account, every paid user Role has access to Sibme Copilot. If you don't see the Copilot options described here, contact our sales team today to learn about Sibme AI, or ask your administrator whether it is enabled for your Account.

Copilot is your personal AI assistant for any education-related topic. It is built into your Home page and available from the blue Copilot button on any internal page. Ask questions, seek recommendations, role-play conversations, or request feedback — all without leaving Sibme.

AI Insights Mode is how you put a specific Artifact — or a set of Artifacts — in front of Copilot to get grounded analysis and feedback. Copilot analyzes the Artifact together with everything attached to it: its comments, tags, Attachments, Frameworks, and AI Reports. The result is powerful, informed feedback tied directly to the context of your teaching.

AI Tools uses generative AI to help you create more than 40 kinds of files educators reach for every day — lesson plans, rubrics, family emails, and more. Fill out a short form with a few details about what you need, and AI Tools drafts it in seconds. From there, work with Copilot to refine the draft or use it as the starting point for another file.

AI Reports analyzes Video and Audio Artifacts with machine learning to surface biometric data about teaching behavior — including talk time, question types, wait time, and feedback patterns. Run AI Reports on any recording to get data-driven insights into what is happening in the classroom.

AI Dashboard lives in Analytics and gives you a longitudinal view of AI Reports data. Select a teacher and a date range to see their biometric metrics charted over time, with Monthly and Weekly views available.

Vision Analysis uses AI to analyze the image content of Resources you upload to Sibme — such as scanned worksheets, handwritten notes, or instructional visuals — and makes them usable in AI Insights Mode. Vision Analysis runs automatically on Resources under 5MB.
