Sibme’s Huddle Trackers are are useful tools to help coaches and assessors manage videos and feedback in their Coaching and Assessment Huddles and Program Managers quickly see basic information about their coaches’ and assessors’ sessions.

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

With the ability to filter by feedback Huddle Tracker users can quickly view which Huddles have video sessions that need their attention for feedback and which have already been given feedback. For example, a Coach can filter for No Feedback to see which video sessions still require their feedback. Similarly, a Program Manager can filter for Late-feedback to see the frequency for which coaches in their program provide feedback outside the identified optimal feedback window.
