Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to accomplish the task:

Disclaimer: If the number of Goals is longer than the page, then you will want to scroll to the very bottom of the list to load all Goals. After you have scrolled to the bottom, then the filter and sorts will work for all Goals on the page.

How to Filter Goals:

There are multiple ways to filter and organize your Goals. First, you can filter whose goals you want to see. To do so, click the drop-down menu that says “All Goals”.

Then, you can select which Goals you would like to see:

  • All Goals - allows you to see all of the non-archived goals available to you.

  • My Goals - allows you to see the Goals that you are the Owner of and that you can work on by completing Action Items. “My Goals” includes Goals that you have created for yourself and Goals that have been created for you by someone else. (For more about completing Goals, see How Do I Mark a Goal or an Action Item Completed? | Sibme Help Center)

  • My Collaborations - allows you to see the Goals where you have been marked as a “Collaborator.” (For more about the “Collaborator” role, see How Do I Add or Remove a Collaborator to a Goal? | Sibme Help Center)

  • Archived Goals - allows you to see the Goals that have been Archived from your list of Goals.

You can also filter by Goal Type. To do so, click the drop-down menu next to All Goals. Then, you can select which type of Goal you would like to see.

Note: If your organization uses different terms to refer to Goals, Action Items, Evidence, or Measurement, you can customize how Sibme refers to these terms within the application. Customize them as needed in the Account Settings.

Or, you can sort by “Category” by clicking the third drop-down menu.

Then, you can select the category that you would like to see. If you have created your own Goal Categories, they will also appear in this list. (For more info about creating categories, see How Do I Create Goal Categories? | Sibme Help Center)

Lastly, you can sort by either the start date or the end date of a Goal by clicking either the “Start” or the “End” icon and then selecting the desired date.

How to Sort Goals:

To sort Goals, select the icon at the far right end, then select the desired status.

Goals that have not been started will appear when you select “Not Updated”.

Goals that are marked with the green “Complete” tag (if completed on time) or the yellow “Complete” tag (if completed after the due date) will appear when “Complete” is selected.

Goals that were not completed by the due date will appear with the orange “Incomplete” tag when “Incomplete” is selected.

Goals that have been started, have not reached the Due Date, and are not yet completed will have a blue “In Progress” tag and will appear when “In Progress” is selected. The percentage of progress completed will show in the progress bar.
