Steps to accomplish this task

Providing feedback before the Action Item is marked Done

Reviewer Summary: On the Action Item page, Reviewers can use the Reviewer Summary box to provide feedback at any time.

Mark the Action Item Done

Once a Goal Owner has marked an Action Item Done, a Collaborator with Review rights (Reviewer) will be able to review the Action Item to review the evidence, measurement, and Goal Owner Reflection. If the Reviewer also has Evidence rights for the Goal, then the reviewer can also add evidence and mark the action item done – which would then make the Review options available.

Review Options

Reviewers have the following options for providing feedback once the Action Item has been Marked Done:

1. Reviewer Summary: Here the reviewer can provide text feedback on the Action Item. The Reviewer Summary can be edited by Reviewers before and after an Action Item has been marked done. However, once an Action Item is marked Reviewed, the Reviewer Summary is no longer editable.

2. Measurement: Reviewers can update the measurement value for an Action Item.

3. Evidence: Click on each piece of evidence on the left pane to open a preview of the evidence on the screen.

If you wish to comment on the evidence or review it in greater depth, click on the “Open to Comment” button.

Note: In Mobile App, simply tap on the evidence to view and leave comment/s.

Mark the Action Item Undone or Reviewed

Once you have provided all the feedback you wish to include, you can either mark the Action Item Undone or Reviewed.

If you mark the action item Undone, the Goal Owner will be prompted to review feedback and make changes to the Action Item. Once they have made any necessary changes, the Owner can mark the Action Item Done again.

If you mark the action item Reviewed, all fields on the Action Item will become uneditable. If you wish to make changes to your feedback or measurement, you will need to mark the Action Item Unreviewed.
