Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users (If marked as a Collaborator with Review rights)

  • Admin (If marked as a Collaborator with Review rights)

  • Super Admin (If marked as a Collaborator with Review rights)

  • Account Owner (If marked as a Collaborator with Review rights)

Steps to accomplish the task:

Once a Goal Owner/s has marked an Action Item complete, a Collaborator with Review rights will receive an email notification as well as see the action as Recent Activity on their Home Screen.

(Recent Activity Notification Sample)

The Reviewer can go review the Action Item by clicking on the hyperlinked Goal Title in the Recent Activity or go to Goals on the menu bar. (From the Goals List, the Reviewer should see the Goal whose Action Item was completed as well as the Status of that Goal.)

Under the Evidence section, click on any of the evidence the Goal Owner has provided. The evidence will open in a new tab for you to review. You may also read the reflection the Goal Owner provided. You may give feedback that the Goal Owner will see by adding text to the Feedback box and clicking Save.

If you are not satisfied with the progress the Goal Owner has made on the Action Item, uncheck the "Action Item Done" box. This will allow the Goal Owner to continue working on the Action Item. You may return at any time and Edit your feedback.
