How to Run AI Reports on a Video or Audio File | Sibme Help Center

Step-by-step instructions for running AI Reports on any Video or Audio file from your Workspace or a Huddle.

You can run AI Reports on any Video or Audio file stored in your Workspace or a Huddle, depending on your permissions.

Note: If you don't see the AI Reports tab on your Video or Audio file, you may not have permission — either because AI Reports isn't enabled in your Account, or because your role in the Huddle doesn't include access. For a full breakdown of who can run and view AI Reports by Huddle type and role, see "Who Can Run and See AI Reports?".

Before running, make sure your file has been transcribed. AI Reports requires a completed transcription to generate.

Steps to Run AI Reports

Follow these steps to get started with AI Reports:

  1. Find your Video or Audio file in your Workspace or Huddle.

  2. Click the … (More) menu on the file and select Run AI Report — or open the file and click the Run AI Report button on the AI Reports tab.

  3. A Choose Teacher modal will appear. Select the teacher you want to analyze and click Select to confirm. For a full breakdown of your options, see Choosing a Teacher in AI Reports.

  4. AI Reports will begin running automatically. Depending on the length of your recording, this may take some time. You can navigate away or leave Sibme entirely — you'll receive an email notification when the analysis is complete.

Note: AI Reports generate one at a time, so you may see individual reports appear before others. Your notification arrives once the final report finishes.

How Teacher Identification Works

After you select a specific teacher and run AI Reports, Sibme verifies that the chosen User's Biometric data matches the teacher in the recording.

  • If a match is found, that person's name will appear in the transcript and reports wherever "teacher" is referenced.

  • If a mismatch is detected, a Biometrics Mismatch modal will appear. You can select a different teacher from the dropdown and rerun, or cancel and come back to it later from the … (More) menu on the recording.

Note: If the teacher in the video hasn't submitted biometric data yet, or isn't a Sibme user, use the Teacher option in the Choose Teacher modal to label the main speaker generically. For more details, see Choosing a Teacher in AI Reports.

Viewing Your Results

Once AI Reports have finished running, click on the Video or Audio file and then click the AI Reports tab to view your results.

  • Reports display one at a time in a pane next to the video or audio player.

  • Resize the pane by clicking and dragging the divider.

  • Navigate between reports using the left and right arrows, or choose a specific report from the dropdown.

  • Clicking on timeline charts within a report will jump to that moment in the recording.

For more on navigating and interpreting your results, see Viewing AI Reports.
