Sibme is a secure platform that only allows for the sharing of videos and artifacts with others participating in the same account as you. To share a video with others in your account so that they can view and/or annotate it, they need to participate in Huddles with you. A Huddle is a private and secure space for learning.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

In order to share an Artifact from your Workspace to a Huddle, go to Workspace and select the resource you wish to share.

There are two views the Artifacts are organized in your Workspace:  Grid and List views.

Once you locate and identify the thumbnail of the Artifact you wish to share from your workspace, there are three ways to share:

1. Click the Share icon next to the Star icon at the bottom part of the Artifact's thumbnail.

2. Share option in the ●●● (three-dot) icon.

3. Share using the checkbox inside the thumbnail. This will be available when you hover over the artifact and is very useful if you wish to share multiple Artifacts at once. When you click the checkbox, a Share button will appear on the screen.

Alternatively, if you are inside the Artifact you wish to Share, simply click the ●●● (three-dot) icon. For Video Artifacts, this icon will appear when you hover over the video player.

Once you selected the Share option from the various ways provided, a pop-up will appear where you can select the “destination” where you would like your Artifact to go:

> to Huddle you are participating in

> to any of your Goals

> to Library (if you have permission to add Artifacts)

> to another Workspace if you have more than one account

If the Artifact you are sharing has comments, tags, and attachments, you will have the option of sharing with or without those.  If you want to share, make sure you click the box next to 'Share comments, tags, and attachments before clicking the Share button.

NOTE: The workflow and options are similar to the List view.
