Those who have the roles of either Admins or Members within a Collaboration Huddle can upload videos and resources to that huddle. Coaches and Coachees can upload videos and resources to Coaching Huddles. Additionally, Users who have been given access to a private Workspace will also have the ability to upload videos and resources to their private Workspace.

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

To upload a video and/or resource in a huddle, click on the green [+] button in that huddle then select Upload Video for uploading Video, Upload Audio to upload an audio file, and/or Upload Resource to upload any other file (doc, xls, ppt, png, pdf, etc.,)

Locate and select the video or resource you want to upload from the sources listed below.

Then click the blue Upload button.

If you need to upload Multiple files at once, click Upload more.
