Ever wondered who your most engaged users were? Need to create a professional-looking chart for a presentation on engagement? The Leaderboard will visually show the Account’s top 10 most active users on 6 key indicators and the chart can be exported for other uses.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Steps to accomplish the task:

Analytics must be turned on for Account Owners, Super Admins, and if so desired, Admins for them to be able to see the Leaderboard. If the Leaderboard has then been turned on in the Account, then Account Owners and Super Admins will be able to view the Leaderboard. If the Leaderboard is not enabled and an Account Owner would like to have access to it, then it can be turned on in Account Settings. Admins can also be given access to the Leaderboard via Account Settings.

The Leaderboard can be found on the right side of the Account Analytics Overview Tab page.

It shows the top 10 users in the account on 6 key indicators of engagement:

  • Videos Uploaded

  • Minutes Viewed

  • Video Comments

  • Discussion Posts

  • Resources Uploaded

  • Resources Viewed

The number given as the total at the end of each User’s bar is the sum of these 6 indicators for the given time period and the account types set on the filter bar.

Each of the 6 indicators can be highlighted to show activity numbers of the 10 users on that indicator. In the following example, the Minutes Viewed has been selected by putting the cursor on the Minutes Viewed key at the top of the chart.

If you would like to see how a particular User did on one of the indicators, hover your mouse over the colored section of the bar for a User to get their value for that indicator. In the following example, we have highlighted Video Comments for a certain User to see their value.

Finally, the Leaderboard chart can be exported by clicking on the hamburger button in the top right corner of the chart and selecting the file type for the chart to be exported. You can also view the chart full-screen and print the chart from this dropdown menu.

The Leaderboard is a great way to see how your most engaged users are doing and the specific activities where each of them is excelling. It visually presents the data in a way that can be used to publicize the Account’s use of Sibme.
