Goal Owners and Collaborators can show evidence of completion of an Action Item by either adding a reflection or by adding Evidence from your Huddles or Workspace in Sibme. You can also upload Evidence from your computer or cloud storage. Once an artifact is connected as Evidence to an Action Item, you will be able to see it both in the Artifact and in the Action Item Itself.

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

Steps to Accomplish this Task

To view which Artifacts are attached as Evidence in an Action Item, click on each Evidence title in the Action Item. This will open a preview of the Evidence. Click “Open to Comment” to open the full artifact, where you can add comments, tags, and attachments.

If you are viewing an artifact in your Huddles or Workspace, you can determine if the artifact is added to an Action Item by clicking the Green Goals Icon in the upper right corner of the screen, which will open a list of Action Items that the artifact is Evidence for.

If you attempt to delete an artifact that is added as Evidence to an Action Item, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete it, which will remove it from the Action Item. NOTE: Once an Action Item is marked Done or Reviewed, artifacts connected as Evidence cannot be deleted.
