As an Account Owner, you have the option to archive Huddles and Folders instead of deleting them permanently from your Account. Archiving is necessary if you would like to preserve Huddles or Folders over extended periods of time. Archiving your Huddles and Folders is a great way to reduce the amount of data you have used in your Sibme Account and minimize your storage costs.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Account Owner

Steps to accomplish the task:

To archive your Huddles, navigate to your Account Settings and choose Archiving.

All Huddles and Huddle Folders are listed on the Archiving page.

They are categorized and can be filtered according to their Huddle Type. Each type is tagged and can be easily recognized with specific icons:

Folder Icon for Huddle Folders

Green Dot for Coaching Huddle

Yellow Dot for Collaboration Huddle

Blue Dot for Assessment Huddle

By default, all Huddles created in the past 12 months will be listed once you go to Archiving, but you can choose a specific Huddle list according to the dates they were created.

Moreover, you can organize your list view according to the Title, Date Created, or Last Date the Huddles were modified, whichever listing you are comfortable with.

Lastly, you can use the Search bar if you know the title of the specific Huddle you want to Archive.

Select and check the box on the leftmost side of the Huddle/s or Huddle Folder/s name you want to archive then click Archive.

If you want to retrieve the Huddle/s or Huddle Folder/s you archived, just go to the Archived tab, click and check the item/s you want to retrieve then click Unarchive.

Additionally, if you want to Archive/Unarchive everything, just click the checkbox beside Name to 'Select All'.
