Sometimes you want to gather all the data from Sibme and use it in Excel to answer some question that Analytics doesn’t quite answer. Enter Global Export. Global Export lets an Account Owner or Super Admin export all of the data from the Sibme platform to use in another data analysis program.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

Steps to accomplish the task:
To get to Global Export, go to the Account Settings page following either of these 2 ways and then click on the Global Export tile:
On your Home Page, click the ●●● icon that can be found on the left side above your name and picture.
From the menu bar, click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Global Export allows you to export all comments, framework tags, and the users who made each comment in all Huddle Artifacts in a single CSV file. Check the boxes on the Global Export page to decide what data you wish to include in your Global Export. You can click the Performance Level tab to include Performance Levels in your export. Once you click the Export button, a file will begin generating and will be emailed to the Account Owner's email box when it completes. This file might take some time to complete, depending on the number of comments in your account.
