Huddle Conferences are a great way to quickly schedule and join web conference meetings for all of the members of your Huddle. Sometimes, after the meeting has occurred, someone might want to refer back to something said in the meeting. Or perhaps someone misses the live event. With Huddle Conferences, you can solve that problem with the click of a button. When you record a Zoom or Webex meeting that was started through the Huddle Conferences tab, the recording will automatically upload to the Huddle as a Video artifact.

Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are in one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screenshot in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner

Huddle Roles supersede User Roles in Huddle Conferences. Anyone can join a Huddle Conference if they have access to the Huddle where it was scheduled. However, only Coaches and Admins will have access to schedule Huddle Conferences and see other features within the Huddle Conference Tab.

Recording your Huddle Conference

Whoever starts the Huddle Conference will become the Host of the Zoom or Webex meeting (depending on your Zoom or Webex settings). Once the web-conference has begun, the Host of the meeting needs to record the meeting.

NOTE: YOU MUST RECORD YOUR MEETING TO THE ZOOM OR WEBEX CLOUD FOR IT TO AUTOMATICALLY UPLOAD TO SIBME

If you choose to record your meeting to your computer, simply upload the recorded video to your Huddle manually as a video artifact.

Accessing your Recorded Huddle Conference

It might take 24-48 hours for the recording of your Zoom or WebEx meeting to finish processing and uploading to your Huddle after the live web-conference is complete. If you have Huddle video upload notifications enabled, you will receive a notification when your video has uploaded to your Huddle.

Once the video is uploaded, you will see it in the Artifacts tab of the Huddle where the Conference took place.

The recording now functions like any other video in Sibme. You will be able to use the full suite of Sibme video features on this video.
