Before using Huddle Conferences for the first time, Admins and Coaches need to set up their web conferencing credentials within the Sibme Huddle.
Who is this article for?
Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are in one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your administrator if you have permission.

Huddle roles supersede User Roles in Huddle Conferences. Anyone can join a Huddle Conference if they have access to the Huddle where it was scheduled. However, only Coaches and Admins will have access to schedule Huddle Conferences and see other features within the Huddle Conference Tab.
Logging into your Web conferencing Account in Huddle Conferences
Before using Huddle Conferences for the first time, instructors need to set up their web conferencing credentials within a Huddle.
Expert Tips for Admins and Coaches:
Admins and Coaches need to set up their web conferencing credentials only once within a Huddle. Once the credentials are set, Admins and Coaches are able to access and use Huddle Conferences within any Huddle in the account.
If you change your password for your web conferencing service, update it in a Huddle as well. However, if your institution uses Webex with Single Sign On, or you are a Zoom user, there is no need to update the password.
Instructors can always go back to the "Account Settings" page and edit their credentials by clicking the "Account Settings" link which appears in the top right corner of the Huddle Conference interface:

These settings will allow you to choose the email address you use to send Notifications about Huddle Conferences, and also decide when you will receive notifications about Huddle Conference events.
