Steps to accomplish this task

Conversations: Click on the Conversations Icon to provide feedback on an Action Item. The Conversation Icon can be found at the top-right corner of both the main Goals screen and on each individual Action Item.

You can have Conversations about individual Action Items or about an entire Goal depending on where you click on the Conversation Icon.

To start a conversation about an entire Goal, click the Icon from the top right corner of the Goal Description section.

To start a conversation about a specific Action Item, click the Conversation Icon on the row for the Action Item you wish to discuss or click the Conversation Icon inside the Action Item while you’re working on it.

If a Conversation is about a specific Action Item, it will be tagged with the Action Item name in the Conversation box:

To start a new conversation, type in the text box at the bottom of the Conversation Pane.

You can also use the plus button to start an audio message or use the rich text or emoji icons to enhance your text message.

You can either start new messages for each part of a conversation or use the reply below the initial post.

Conversation messages can be exported in PDF or Word format by clicking the More menu at the top of the Conversation Pane.

Use Conversations to have real-time conversations about Goals and Action Items to collaborate more effectively as you measure progress towards your Goals. This is also a great way to track the feedback provided to Goal Owners throughout the process.
