Once a Goal Owner has marked an Action Item Done, only a Collaborator on the Goal with Review Rights can mark the Action Item Undone. Action Items marked Done are not editable by any user and must be marked Undone by a Reviewer in order to make any changes. Once an Action Item has been marked Reviewed, only a Collaborator with Review Rights can mark the Action Item Unreviewed and Undone so changes can be made.

Steps to accomplish this task

Before an Action Item is marked Reviewed

Any Collaborator with Review rights can click on the Undone button on an Action Item. If the Action Item Due date is still in the future, and the Goal is still active, then the Goal Owner will then be able to make changes to the Action Item and mark the Action Item Done again.

After an Action Item is marked Reviewed

Any Collaborator with Review rights must first click the “Unreviewed” button on the Action Item and then click the “Undone” button. If the Action Item Due date is still in the future, and the Goal is still active, then the Goal Owner will then be able to make changes to the Action Item and mark the Action Item Done again, at which point it can be marked Reviewed by the Reviewer.
