You have access to the Huddles you are participating in when you use the Sibme Mobile apps.

You have access to the Huddles you are participating in when you use the Sibme Mobile apps. All your Huddles and their Artifacts are stored in the Sibme cloud, which you can access from any mobile device or your laptop/desktop when connected to the Internet.


Who is this article for?

Based on the default user settings in the Sibme platform, you should have permission to complete this task if you are one of the user levels listed below. If you do not see the screens in this article, you can ask your Sibme account administrator if you have permission.

  • Users

  • Admin

  • Super Admin

  • Account Owner


Steps to accomplish the task:

When you tap on Huddles at the top of the screen in the Sibme app for Android or the bottom of the screen for iOS, you will see a list of all your Huddles and Huddle Folders.

If you want to create a new Huddle Folder or a Huddle, you can do it inside the Mobile App as well. Simply click the green plus button and select Create Huddle.

… Or Create Folder if you need a new Huddle Folder.

To view a specific Huddle, tap on the Huddle name.

Once you are inside the specific Huddle, tap the green plus icon to view and select the following options:

Actions on Videos

When you tap on the three-dot icon next to the Huddle Video name, you are able to do the following:

  • Rename the Video

  • Crop/Edit

  • Share the Video to a different Huddle or Account (if you are participating in more than one)

  • Download the Video to your Offline Videos

  • Create a copy or “duplicate” the video

  • Completely delete the video

Comments on Artifacts

Lastly, to read or leave comments on a video or reply to a comment on a Resource, simply tap the video or Resource in your Huddle.

For adding a video comment, then, tap the green plus icon. All comments can be created in rich text format. To reply to a comment in a Resource, just click on the Annotation and then click on Reply to the comment you want to reply to.
